CPR Aquatic Product Warranty Registration

To save you time, we have set up an online warranty registration system. Simply fill out the form below, and hit the "Submit Registration" button found at the bottom of the page. In order for us to fill warranty claims, we will need a copy of the original sales receipt. To avoid being lost in the future, please send us a copy of the sales receipt via email or fax during the registration submission.

Our warranty to you
CPR warrants that for a period of 180 days from the date of original retail purchase, our products will be free from defects in material and workmanship. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our option using new or remanufactured components. CPR’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the defective products. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

How to obtain service under this warranty
To obtain free service under this warranty you must deliver the product and a copy of the original sales receipt to our office at 3749 West End Rd, Arcata, CA 95521. You must first call CPR Technical Support and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number at (707) 826-9636. Package your product well. You are responsible for any shipping damages during transit to our shop as well as paying shipping costs to CPR.
